SALE CONDITIONS

The products purchased on officinesilentio.com are sold by Luca Francesco Fumagalli (the Seller) with legal headquarters at corso Umberto I, 50 – 72017 Ostuni (BR) VAT number 01752200194. The Seller can be contacted via email at officinesilentio@gmail.com.

  1. PURPOSE OF THE SALE CONDITIONS: These sale conditions apply to purchases made on this website by adults and for non-commercial purposes. By using this site, buyers accept the sale conditions, which may be unilaterally modified and/or updated by the Seller.
  2. BUYER'S OBLIGATIONS: By placing an order, the Buyer declares to have read and accepted the sale conditions. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information transmitted to the Seller.
  3. PRODUCTS AND PRICES: The products are described and displayed as accurately as possible; however, the images and colors of the products offered for sale may not correspond to the real ones due to the internet browser and monitor used. Product prices may be subject to updates; before placing the order, the Buyer is advised to verify the exact final selling price.
  4. PURCHASE CONCLUSION: To complete the purchase on officinesilentio.com, the Buyer must fill out and submit the order form following the instructions provided. The purchase is concluded once the Seller receives the order form and verifies the accuracy of the order details and the payment, which must be made for the entire amount due. After completing the purchase, the Seller will send the order confirmation to the Buyer's email. If the products are no longer available or for sale at the time of order submission, the Seller will promptly communicate the possible unavailability of the ordered products and refund any amount already paid. If there are disagreements with any of the terms in the general sale conditions, we invite you not to submit the order for the purchase of products on officinesilentio.com.
  5. PAYMENTS: In case of payment by credit card, financial information (credit/debit card number or expiration date) will be transmitted through an encrypted protocol to Paypal or the banks providing the respective remote electronic payment services. This information will only be used by the Seller to complete the purchase procedures, issue refunds in case of returns or unavailability of ordered products, or report fraud to the relevant authorities.
  6. SHIPMENTS: We ship to Italy and Europe with GLS; if your country is not included in the shipping zones, you can send us an email at officinesilentio@gmail.com. In some countries, customs duties and charges may apply, and these will be entirely borne by the Buyer. The goods will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. When you receive the completed order email, it means the order has been shipped. The courier will send you the tracking number via email; if you do not receive it, please contact us via email.
