Shipping policy

SHIPMENTS: We ship to Italy and Europe with GLS; if your country is not included in the shipping zones, you can send us an email at officinesilentio@gmail.com. In some countries, customs duties and charges may apply, and these will be entirely borne by the Buyer.

The goods will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. When you receive the completed order email, it means the order has been shipped. The courier will send you the tracking number via email; if you do not receive it, please contact us via email.
