Refund policy

The buyer has the right of withdrawal only for purchases made remotely and negotiated outside the physical store premises; therefore, it cannot be exercised in the case of purchases made in-store. The deadline to exercise the right of withdrawal is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The customer who wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal must send an email to officinesilentio@gmail.com. Attached to this email, proof of purchase and the reasons for wanting to return the item must be provided.

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted.

Upon receiving the email, you will be informed of the address to which the return should be sent. Once the return is received and the conditions are verified, the seller will process the refund, excluding shipping costs. The return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. An alternative to returning the product is exchanging the item or receiving credit for future purchases.

Once we have received the return and verified that the refund conditions are met, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
